製品を使ってみた感想： When it works, it generally works well, but the lack of support means we're looking for an alternative that is more stable and better supported.

When the software works well, it is very useful and helps us to make better use of our MA solutions as well as maintain data on an ongoing basis.

The support is terrible. Known issues are not proactively reported which caused us to inaccurately tag and email thousands of contacts in the summer of 2021 (unacceptable). When we've had support questions, we message support and then wait days for a response via email. Troubleshooting articles are basically non-existent.
