Dotloop is better for the agent than for the person signing.

5,0 il y a 3 ans

Commentaires : Some quirks. Such as if you fill out a contact within the loop, then dotloop will only remember the name and email outside of that loop. If you want that contact to be in your system with all their info, then you need to exit the loop, go to contacts, fill out the date, and press ok once and then when the screen refreshes then press save. If you don't press this twice, you won't save the data. But at least when you do this, then all the data for the contact will save. Why this is so and so convoluted, I have no idea. But it's been like this for almost a decade and I've asked about it.

Avantages :

Much easier to use than zipforms and docusign for the agent.

Inconvénients :

Signing for the buyer or seller not near as easy as docusign. There you just press start and it takes you to the next place to sign. Then you click finish. All done. With dotloop the signer must scroll and search for the proper places to sign or fill out. So this is more prone to unfilled documents than with docusign. Also, dotloop doesn't offer the simple date function that fills out the date when it's signed like docusign. You must manually choose a date and if the date is tomorrow when they sign and you filled out today then you have lost time for their termination option because it started when i filled out the date rather than when the customer signed. And because it is hard to get signers to fill out fields, it's almost impossible to get the signer to fill out the date, so it's easier just to guess and fill out the date you think they'll sign.

Use dotloop for all your e-Signings

5,0 il y a 9 mois

Commentaires : Being a post closer in a title company, this app has saved me time, and re-signing fees. It is so simple and easy to use, very very user friendly, and I don't have to explain how to use it on the other end. My clients love dotloop compared to other apps out there. I highly recommend this product and could not work one single day without it!

Avantages :

It's so simple to set up, manage and send. You just add the person that needs to sign, or receive a copy, drag and drop the document, click on what needs to be completed, and you're done.

Inconvénients :

I did not find anything I didn't like about dotloop.

Dotloop user for over a decade

5,0 le mois dernier Nouveau

Commentaires : I haven’t encountered any inconvenience’s for myself or my clients on Dotloop this far. I’ve been a user for over a decade. The consistency has been outstanding.

Avantages :

Ease of use! It is easy to set up for my clients and the software makes it easy with clear prompts for my clients! It by far beats any other software I’ve tried.

Inconvénients :

There isn’t anything I’ve disliked this far. I’m not very, “tech savvy,” but the folks at Dotloop have made it very easy for me to learn.

Monumental Disappointment!

1,0 il y a 4 semaines Nouveau

Commentaires : Terrible experience! I should’ve known better when they gave me a massive discount to sign on!

Avantages :

The nice people that pick up the phone when you call the support line.

Inconvénients :

This premium business account software turned out to be a monumental disappointment. Despite Drew's sales pitch promising the world, his follow-up was nonexistent. Their assertion of partnerships with all MLS platforms is a blatant falsehood - not all are supported, a significant issue in the realtor community. Thousands of MLS listings mean nothing if they can't cover them all! To add insult to injury, the system crashes during peak usage, making it near impossible to submit offers promptly. Glide's free account outshines this supposed premium service in every aspect. And let's not forget [sensitive content hidden] from their "success" team - utterly ineffective! When I realized MLS data from MetroMLS would not populate into CAR forms, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting I wait out a pointless six-month cancellation period. Each call felt like they were more concerned with defending their subpar software than addressing my legitimate issues. Avoid this company at all costs. Stick with Glide Free and invest in a transaction coordinator for a smoother experience. It's the smarter choice.

An invaluable tool to manage documents in a transaction

5,0 il y a 4 mois

Commentaires : In a word, excellent. It made my office experience truly paperless and enabled me to develop a system to manage documents and monitor transactions with ease.

Avantages :

When I joined my current office I was told that they were paperless. I had heard that before in other environments and didn't believe it one bit. With dotloop that statement is absolutely true: I have no folders, no files in my work area other than what I'm currently working on. Everything is uploaded, managed and saved in dotloop in a manner that is more user-friendly than my previous thick folders of loose documents.

Inconvénients :

dotloop does have a learning curve. Depending on your needs and wants, that curve can be gentle or steep. I'm very adept at using software and hardware, so I'm able to use dotloop almost to its max capability. But there are agents in our office who struggle to understand the concept of how to best use the program and even how to navigate it.
