    Angus: Hi, my name's Angus. I'm the CEO of a marketing company. I'd like to rate SendGrid four stars, and you can click below to see more reviews like this. I'm solving the problem of marketing communication with my customers. SendGrid makes it very easy to send emails directly to their inbox. I like the way that SendGrid makes it so easy to get started with no knowledge of email marketing or any type of emailing. It's just very easy to get up and going straight away. The only slight problem I have with SendGrid is that emails don't always hit the customer's inbox. Sometimes they do go to spam, but it only happens very rarely. That's my only issue.

    "One of the Best Email Delivery Platforms for any Business"
    Overall: I have been using Sendgrid for more than 6 years, having great results. I totally recommend SendGrid to any serious business.
    Pros: SendGrid offers secure and certified email deliverability for my business professional email and email marketing needs. I have tested this and SendGrid SMTP relay service is accurate, and the email delivery certified to recipients' main inboxes.
    Cons: There are no cons with SendGrid. Just awareness for beginner IT specislists or software developers that they should hace at least the basic skills related to API's and mail server PHP settings.

    "A Highly Reliable Email Delivery Platform"
    Overall: Overall, I'm very pleased with SendGrid and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable email delivery platform. The user interface is easy to use and the delivery reliability is top-notch. The only downside is that the reporting and analytics features could be improved.
    Pros: I've been using SendGrid for a few months now to manage my website's email delivery, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The platform is incredibly reliable and I can always trust that my emails will be successfully sent.     "The Best Option for Email Marketing "
    Overall: SendGrid is the best option that assembles a host of benefits in one place; its editor, analytics and reports, and particularly, its powerful feature to prioritize campaigns and increase performance let every business excels.
    Pros: SendGrid is the best option to boost your business ahead or rather your marketing emails; its detailed reports on clicks, opens, subscribers and even spam lets you revise or edit your campaigns and thus increase conversion. SendGrid is best known for its editor, which lets tailor your emails according your needs, both demographic or geographic.
    Cons: Actually, I become slow to recommend SendGrid due to its limited features of contact management; it does not provide many options compared to Mailchimp. I also did not like its pricing, which determines the quality of your SendGrid dashboard.

    "SendGrid - Email Campaign Platform"
    Pros: I enjoy being able to easily create and customize email campaigns to fit the company's messaging and needs. It is easy to track metrics on how you're capturing your email audience, and how to make future changes.
    Cons: There are only minor issues such as formatting a campaign, sometimes the platform isn't as responsive as I would like it to be but this is rare.

    Reasons for Switching to SendGrid: SendGrid allows for more contacts, filtering contacts and sorting into lists, and being able to customize emails to better fit your brand.
