WMU Regional History Curator Lynn Houghton and the historic Kalamazoo Mall will be featured on the PBS show "10 Streets That Changed America," airing Tuesday, July 10, nationwide.
WMU granted nearly 1,300 degrees during two commencement ceremonies June 23. Among the students who graduated were 32 military veterans as well as international students from 31 countries.
"10 Streets that Changed America" is the national PBS show partly researched and filmed in Kalamazoo. Regional History Curator, Lynn Houghton and the historical materials at the Zhang Legacy Collections Center regional history collections help tell the story of Kalamazoo's leadership in downtown development for the PBS show.

If you are driving to Waldo Library this summer, please be aware of construction directly in front of Waldo on the Arcadia Loop curve. The parking lot behind the library is available but restricted (Lot 28). There are four meters there that take quarters.
