Need Help During your Whole30?

At some point during your Whole30, you’ll probably find yourself in a tricky social situation, staring at a label in a grocery store, or feeling tired, cranky, or discouraged. The Whole30 is a life-changing experience, and every life-changing experience comes with its fair share of ups and downs.

The good news is that we’re able to anticipate what you’ll need during the program, and have created a variety of resources to help see you through. (Of course, we’re big on the whole “teach you how to fish” thing, so we’re not always going to hand it over on a silver spoon. Changing your life does require a bit of effort on your part, too.) But rest easy, as here we’ll teach you where to find the answers to all of your Whole30 questions.

Step One: Consult the Source of All Knowledge

Google, people. There are few Whole30-related questions that haven’t already been asked and answered somewhere online. Let us help you figure out where to find answers quickly and efficiently, so you can stop pondering and move the heck on with your Whole30. Learn more…

Step Two: Read the Forum

Google may work for simple questions like “Is kombucha allowed on the program?” but it’s not always the best way to get what you need. If it’s support, motivation, encouragement, or accountability you crave, look no further than the amazing members and moderators on our Whole30 Forum. Learn more…

Step Three: Connect on Social Media

Sometimes, you just need a quick cheering up, to let go of a rant, or to gather some dinner inspiration. There’s no better place for that than the Whole30 Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages.  Learn more…

Step Four: Ask Melissa

If your question or quandry is too personal or sensitive for a public forum, we’ve got another outlet for you. Our Dear Melissa column tackles the psychology behind making this kind of significant lifestyle shift in a healthy, sustainable manner, given all sorts of real-life obstacles. Learn more…
