I love this store, could stay forever and they have a great rewards program where I got the Naked 3 palette for around $20 after using my reward points.
The prices are great and I love that they frequently send out coupons. I will say however, recently they have started excluded so many brands from use with the coupons that almost every time I have tried to use a coupon I have not been able to.
Ulta Beauty has a wide variety of quality brands and products in different price ranges. They really have something for everyone at every price point and they have high standards for the products and brands that they feature in their stores and on their website, including their own house brands. They also frequently host sale days on their websites for even better deals on the products they carry. Ulta stores are chic and modern with helpful, friendly employees and samples to try. Online customer service is fast and helpful and their website is easy to navigate with good shipping rates and reasonably fast delivery. You can earn points for shopping at Ulta to use toward future purchases. Overall, it is a good experience whether in store or online for shopping for beauty products.
Always clean and organized, prices are about what you'd find anywhere else - though you can sometimes find coupons to get a good deal off of MSRP. Everything is great, but their price competitiveness is just average. But still, a nice local establishment to find beauty products is important, because you can't try-on these products online, so ULTA is a win for being that 1-stop makeup superstore.
