    hm… til: loses track of reactions on twitter if the syndicated tweet that „gets“ the reactions is ~50 tweets behind the current one. so if I’m interested in still showing webmentions on „older“ posts, I need to re-announce them on twitter.

    The way to get to the real src of the problem: damage the info function (in wp-includes/functions.php); and NOW you get a stacktrace in which you’ll find the original culprit.

    TIL; the way how WP in debug mode announces usage of deprecated stuff is smart’n'dumb. smart: info about the old/new way directly in the php warn/info display, but dumb since the stacktrace only goes back to the function that controls this info - not the one that causes it
