    Feeling slightly panicked ≠ Panick attack. Gotta be careful with vocab in this sense, they're not the same! One is reasonably fleeting in comparison to the other, which is hugely debilitating. Almost as bad as saying "I'm OCD" when you just prefer the volume at an even number.
