    Q4: I use a dual-wave or square-wave bolus & try my best. But I don't sweat it too much if it goes off track. It's just one day.

    I've seen plenty of great carb counting guides for most holidays, but I can't find one for Kwanzaa. Anybody seen one?

    CGM access should not be based on type!! T2s on insulin need CGMs just as much as T1s do.

    How can I get a continuous glucose monitor when my insurance will not cover it? My endocrinologist supports me. T2 for 21 years
