    After all the responses to this I decided to submit my algebraic effects + React talk to some other conferences. Know of any great conferences coming up next year? 🙃

    It's kinda crazy how we feel pressured to only give a talk once. Like, I put a ton of time into my talk and I'd love to give it again at another conference but it feels...wrong? Like I'd be cheating or something. Any other speakers feel this way?

    This part is important. Posts like this easily gain likes because impostor syndrome is universal. But just fighting or ignoring it won’t make you a great developer. Practice will. You’ll still have knowledge gaps though.

    The big difference here - in my mind - isn't how much you know, but knowing what you don't know and how to find it out. You don't know the Unix commands, but you know how to find them. Beginners often don't know how to do that. And that only comes from experience...
