    Did you know that you can view and override Facebook's automatic alt text on desktop? You can write your own alt text! It even throws a warning that says, "alt text is usually less than 100 characters." Cool feature, ,

    Really great article by on a 'switch' - an assistive tech mostly used by those with motor impairments. It has great resources / info on switches, and then has great tips on how to design switch friendly interfaces love this!!

    Nice compatison of screen reader accessibility of Google Forms (), , and . In short: Google Forms wins. Survey Gizmo performs worst (even though they claim they are the most accessible survey tool on the market).

    New Years Resolution! 1. Make sure 'Image Descriptions' are turned on in Twitter Settings. 2. Always add a written description to photos you upload. This helps make Twitter more accessible for blind and partially sighted people.
