    Morning has broken. Laila Soueif & head for Tora Prison to visit as allowed by the Prosecutor's Permit. The prison admin have been pretty decent, the issue is with National Security who've decided to control visits that are the legal right of the prisoner & family

    So & Laila Soueif left Tora prison gates 10.45 last night, on vague promises that they will be allowed to visit on Saturday. This is the Prosecutor's Permit for the visit which State Security have - without reference to law - decided is subject to their approval!
