    This has been a great week for Birding here on Long Island, just now this guy came to the feeder. He's a Red Bellied Woodpecker. 2nd Woodpecker to come to our feeder (other was Downy)

    Shinnecock East County Park this morning. Snowy Owl (Bubo scandiacus) Saw it from across the inlet and drove around and walked to the point along the beach. Largest N.A. Owl I think

    Ring-billed Gull flying low over an empty Jones Beach today. Many here think of them as flying rats but I enjoy watching them. Hoping to get images of all the Long Island Gulls before I head home to Cayman

    NY/ Long Island Tweeps, just spotted a few Seals on Short Beach Island which can be seen from the pier at the Jones Beach Coast Guard Station. It's the West End Boat Basin parking lot. Too far for my camera but with good binocs or pro cam & 1000mm lens you can get good looks.

    Wow! The disconnect has become, become, damn, there isn't even a superlative that rises to the level needed. Hello Don, buddy, you're the problem. Presidential malpractice And a guy who uses his foot wedge as much as you should avoid golf metaphors

    The only problem our economy has is the Fed. They don’t have a feel for the Market, they don’t understand necessary Trade Wars or Strong Dollars or even Democrat Shutdowns over Borders. The Fed is like a powerful golfer who can’t score because he has no touch - he can’t putt!

    So I am getting petrol, heard a familiar sound (If you're in Paraguay) and look up on a utility pole and saw these guys. We get them in Cayman as well but did not expect to see them on Long Island
