Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at Opstech, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end development of web applications and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software solutions. Your expertise in React and Node.js will be instrumental in creating seamless and responsive user interfaces. Additionally, your experience with Kafka and AWS will be crucial in designing and implementing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
2. Integrate Kafka for real-time event streaming, ensuring seamless communication between microservices.
3. Implement serverless and cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and more.
4. Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices.
5. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and browsers.
6. Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React, Node.js, Kafka, and AWS.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern frameworks (React).
4. Experience with server-side development using Node.js and related frameworks (Express, etc.).
5. Knowledge of event-driven architecture and experience with Apache Kafka. (PTO)
6. Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
7. Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
8. Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
9. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git and Bitbucket
10. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
