Custom Facebook Feed Pro

Important: Most API errors can be fixed by simply obtaining a new Access Token by clicking the "Log in and get my Access Token" button on the plugin's Settings page. This was added in v3.4 of the Pro version, and v2.7 of the Free version. Please try this before submitting a support ticket.

If you're having an issue with your Access Token then try obtaining a new one by clicking the blue Facebook login button on the plugin's Settings page labeled "Log in and get my Access Token". This was added in v3.4 of the Pro version, and v2.7 of the Free version. It is no longer necessary to create your own Facebook app as you can now get an Access Token by using this button instead.

Events from a Facebook "Page" are not bring displayed
It is only possible to display events from a Facebook "Page" if you are using a Page Access Token from your own Facebook developer app. You can not display events from a Page by using an Access Token obtained using the button within our plugin. This is only possible with Groups. To set up your own Facebook app and retrieve a token please follow these directions.

Some events are missing
It is only possible to display events from your Facebook page which you are a host of. If you have added an event to your page from someone else's page and you are not a host of the event then it cannot be displayed. The only solutions for this are to either repost the event as your own, or ask the event owner to add you as a co-host.

Due to a recent Facebook bug some users have reported an issue with photo or video feeds not displaying. To resolve this issue please obtain a new Access Token by using the "Log in and get my Access Token" button on the plugin's Settings page.

If that doesn't fix the issue, then you may need to reauthorize our plugin app. To do this, please follow the directions here.
