So happy to have tried this particular honey. I LOVE honey but can't have it too strong or too sweet. This Acacia Honey is perfection! Light and sweet enough. Very, VERY tasty...Delicious! I am certainly going to make this a staple!

I'd heard a lot of good stuff about acacia honey. Decided to see what the, ah. Buzz. Was about. And turns out it's fantastic. Something of a light, delicate taste. Really nicely sweet without being cloying. I could recommend it.

The best honey I've ever had on the planet!

I received a sampler set for the holidays of the artisanal honeys and this one surprised me. I'm not too familiar with acacia flavor, but the lightness and gentle flavor of this one paired really well with lighter teas as well as on breakfast biscuits and fruits. It was smooth and enjoyable and has a very light tart aftertaste to it.

I was really intrigued to try some of these flavored honeys because I don't care for the taste of honey. I know it's good for me and can help with my allergies but I just have never been a big fan. I have to say that I really enjoy this honey! I have never liked honey in my tea and this sweetens my tea just right and it doesn't taste bad and I like to add this to my pancake mix just to help the batter be sweeter. I can see myself repurchasing this when I run out just because I get the benefits without the icky(to me) taste of honey.

My dad gave me this as a gift for Christmas.. So delicious! I never used up honey so fast in my life! We went back to the store today and purchased more Acacia honey along with some new honey/items to try: Tupelo honey and their savannah bee chap stick :)

My favorite way to consume - other than off of a spoon straight out of the jar - is to drizzle on top of toasted hearty breads and whole wheat crackers. Peanut butter and acacia honey toast or buttered bread and acacia honey drizzled on top is a new favorite. I also purchased Savannah Bee Company's Honey for Tea and Honey for Cheese - they live up to their reputations as well, although the acacia honey is utterly delicious on apples, cheese, tea, and coffee. I'm not sure you can go wrong with Savannah Bee's acacia honey!

Savannah Bee Company came to my attention by accident really, my aunt had purchased some body products for my grandmother and that's how the addiction started. Last week, we came down to Hilton Head and made a trip to Savannah just for Savannah Bee. I wanted my kids to see about the honey, but for more selfish reasons I wanted to go on a shopping spree! I was like a kid in a candy store, until I was waiting for my kids to get done in the "beehive" so we could check out. Then I spotted it, the sample of Honey Roasted Coffee, mixed with Acacia Honey. It was so yummy I had to get some of both, the coffee and the honey. I made the terrible mistake of only purchasing the 3 oz jar. In all honesty, i've never even purchased actual honey before. I made the 30 minute drive back to Hilton Head before I cracked open that bad boy! That was my second mistake. I started eating it with a spoon, and I can't stop. I'm sure there aren't major health risks to eating 3 oz of honey in a week, I hope not anyways, because I just ordered the 20 oz bottle. By my calculations and further reading on "Honey Addiction", I think I should be able to taper down and make this bottle last 6 weeks. All in all, this honey is AMAZING, but you have been warned, this is a gateway honey..

I have always preferred tupelo honey over all others, but after trying the acacia honey from Savannah Bee Co., I now have a new favorite. Outstandingly mild and flavorful! This honey has a unique and very pleasant taste.

As an excited newbee to varietal honeys, I'm finding that I prefer the lighter varieties, and your Acacia offering is one of my favorites! I just leave the 20oz. flute on my desk and 'take a hit' whenever I feel a sweet craving (which is often). I just ordered a bottle of your Tupelo Reserve, and can't wait to get into it! You have 3 or 4 different flavors I NEED to try! By the way, the (Vimeo) video was a nice touch to your website. Being from Washington State, with no plans to travel across the country, the video really is helpful to get a feel for who you are doing business with (and in that spirit, it was nice to meet you).

While I have been loving Savannah Bee Acacia honey for a long time, my son took some to college this fall and is requesting additional supplies more and more often... I think he's sharing it with his whole dorm. I love it!! and all their products I have tried - from the Beeswax Hand & Nail Salve (love the scent) and the mint julep lip balm!

I use Tupelo as my everyday honey, but Acacia is that one I go to when a special treat is needed. I buy this annually, sometimes more often, but it's well worth it. It has depth, and a subtle ness that takes it beyond what any other honey can be.

Acacia Honey is one of my favorites, more mellow than Tupelo but excellent. I often give Acacia and Tupelo as gifts and they are always loved.

I bought a small jar at a specialty shop, and fell in love with this Acacia Honey. It is very clear, nice smooth taste with an intense and yummy flavor. The local shop was completely out, so I had to specially order the honey straight from the source. I bought the dispenser so my honey will stay perfectly clear and smooth. I love this stuff in tea, or with peanut butter on a sandwich. My favorite is as a dipping sauce for chicken.

The first time I tried Acacia honey, I absolutely fell in love with it! I had never tasted a honey so delicious and delicately flavored. The flavor is so delicate that I am very careful to make sure that whatever I am using it on, does not overpower the wonderful taste of the honey. My favorite way of using it is to pour a good sized spoonful over a very gourmet brand of vanilla ice cream. The honey thickens to a caramel consistancy and the cream and honey make a perfect pairing!
