Those lights on the sign between the windows on the second floor? I used to live near here and when they first replaced the lights I thought people might freak out to the brightness and how they strobe! You prolly get a sunburn if you lean out them windows too long.

I did some night stalking. I kept thinking they'd look up and say something, but they where too deep into the screens.
