I really like the way Google Fusion Tables handle GEO data, they allow you to do some pretty cool maps. And when you bring your GA data into it you have the best of both worlds :-)
Specifically, the capability to customize cards that pop up when you click on a data point (country) is pretty awesome, it really enriches maps and empowers the analysts. Take a look!
