Ordered a whole bathroom fit out from them including a bath that was on 3-4 week back order. They kept me informed of when it would be in any any questions were answered professionally, whenever I called.
Ordered a whole bathroom of kit and mostly fine, but one item was a grey radiator, supplied with chrome brackets. They refused to exchange them for grey ones, as shown on the website. Told me 'photo is illustrative only'. So basically, don't assume you will get what is in the picture.

I had a really good experience with QS supplies. Ordered several items , Duravit darling basin and vanity unit and grohe taps. They were all purchased and delivered with minimal fuss. I can recommend thoroughly as the prices were the best online too.
Ordered a towel rail which arrived damaged, which wasn't noticed until it came to fitting. QS were obstructive, refused to collect the damaged item free of charge, refused to send out a free replacement and stated the three-day cancellation period had passed. When reminded of the Consumer Rights Act QS backtracked, collected the rail at no cost to me and promised to supply a replacement, again at no further cost to me. Eventually, over a period of just under three weeks and after many phone calls the replacement was delivered, in good condition with far better packaging than the original delivery.
Dealing with QS was frustrating, infuriating and costly, with the repeated phone calls.
I won't be tempted to use them again as their customer service was so poor. Such a pity - definitely more training required. • • •

I recently placed an order for my bathroom suite with QS Supplies and have had frequent cause to regret this ever since.
I have absolutely no good words to say about them. If you're a civilian rather than trade then avoid at all costs and pay slightly more to get it from somewhere reputable.
- All items bought requested on the day of the fitter starting, confirmed verbally that this would be OK. So far we're up to 7 different orders and failed orders spread over 6 weeks (and counting)
- Several items incomplete or wrong
- One item (a large and expensive bath) dumped on a pallet outside a nearby property and left for several days until we received a police complaint! (admittedly this was the fault of their delivery firm but still.. I didn't order from the delivery firm).
- Impossible to reach via phone or email and no sense of redress
- 6 weeks after starting the work, late and incorrect deliveries mean my partner and I still have to wash our teeth in the kitchen and have had to shell out extra to our fitter to complete the job.. • • •

AVOID! Sold me a broken and (badly) repaired sink.
I bought a Duravit Sink off them for my main bathroom (much needed) refurb. It was several hundred pounds cheaper than the next cheapest supplier and there was a reason for this so I learned....
The bathroom fitters installed it and as my husband and I use our En Suite it was a few weeks before we actually noticed a mark on the side of it nearest to the bath (so not easy to spot), while cleaning the bathroom. We called QS Suppplies and to cut a very long battle short, they basically refused to help, saying we had done it.
I got an expert, professional repairer to look at it and he said in his professional opinion, this sink had been damaged and badly repaired -- and consequently sold to us, which explains why it was SO much cheaper!
I informed QS Supplies of this and they ignored it.
I contacted Citizens Advice who explained that QS Supplies are legally obliged to sort this out as per the Consumer Rights Act but they still refused leaving me no choice but to start a costly and lengthy legal battle.
If you do buy from them because they are cheap, check everything carefully but know that if you have a problem, from my experience and in my opinion, they'll probably just blame you anyway and do nothing...so be warned! • • •

One item was jingling in the box, so we called to arrange a collection, of which they have still not collected 10 days later. Due to us not inspecting the rest of the delivery for damaged goods (how uncouth of us to presume that the rest of the order would be intact and correct) prior to needing to use the items, this is now our problem as they have a 3 day return policy only. Although you will only see 30 days return on their website!
If you buy from them please note that they have terrible customer service over the phone and fob you off with emails with this level of competence 'All damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We am able to supply a replacement however this would be chargeable.'

Called customer support, spoke to Zam who argued that it's only 2 weeks late and thought it was acceptable to talk to me like I'm one of his hoodrat pals and then hung up on me. Called him back only to be told "I'm done talking to you bruv". Asked to be put through to a manager, was put through to someone with the same attitude. Great customer service, if I wanted to deal with this I'd watch Kidulthood.
Eventually got the refund after a few more weeks of chasing them, luckily I'll never have to deal with this armpit of customer service again.
