After a significant delay, Mad Max is finally releasing in a couple of weeks. Avalanche Studios (which is also very busy with Just Cause 3, due in early December) celebrated the upcoming launch by showing over 80 minutes of gameplay via livestream; we’ve embedded the video below.

EA Teasing New Star Wars Battlefront Mode Reveal for Tomorrow with Blasting Screenshot
EA is teasing a new mode reveal for tomorrow, with their latest tweet, featuring a brand new image. The mode reveal will likely be followed by a showcase at Gamescom next week. EA will have a huge showing at the upcoming event, with Star Wars Battlefront, Need for Speed, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, hopefully some more Mass Effect Andromeda, and many more. A surprise reveal of the new Star Wars game by Visceral Games and Amy Hennig could be announced. The latter has been recently revealed to be helmed by Jade Raymond.

Gamescom is the world’s largest consumer event for videogames, and with this year’s event just around the corner, the floor plans have been made available on the official gamescom website. Microsoft, Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts and Ubisoft, have some massive booths and so does Sony, even though they will not be holding a press conference this year. Square Enix, Warner Bros. and Konami are also present, as are Take-Two, Bandai Namco, Sega, Konami and Deep Silver.
