You picked up an excellent tractor. When I moved to Texas I bought a Massey Ferguson TO35 that looked a lot like that. I paid $2500 for it, a similar bush hog, a scoop for dirt, and had a box built and a gin pole. Ran it 12 years and all it ever needed was oil, filters, points and plugs. Sold it for almost as much as I paid for it. I'd love to find one now - or maybe a propane powered tractor like an old row tractor I bought for $750 including the bush hog that ran on propane. It was cheap because it had the narrow front end. Your place is really coming along quickly.
