It's not a luxurious hotel. Food was not good, pool is small, rooms are simple. Do not expect too much.

I liked the efforts of the staff to make our stay enjoyable, the easy accessability to the beach and the square and the lovely view from our room and balcony.

I was saddened some by the state disrepair of an obviously once grand facility.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and beautiful view of the beach and city. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. I liked the quaintness of hotel. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels, this hotel was warm and welcoming, and reminiscent of the hotels in Miami in the 1950'S.

The pool at the hotel is not very large. As a hotel guest, I had a problem with the hotel allowing outsiders to pay to use the pool facility, making it very crowded and noisy.

The fact that it was close to the beach and Netanya night activiities.

The location in proximity to Netanya Town Centre and the view from the balcony overlooking the seafront and Tayelet (Park)

The reception staff leave a lot to be desired and beware, they lock the front door of the hotel after 2am and you need to ring the doorbell!

It is located very close to the beach and to the main square. It was inexpensive. The view from the room was lovely.

It was filthy. When we returned from dinner elsewhere there was rice spilled on the stairwell at the dining room level. The next morning they were serving breakfast in the dining room and still had not cleaned the spilled rice! I wouldn't have eaten that breakfast if I had been paid to. There was also a large dead cockroach on the stairwell that stayed there for at least a day and a half. The air conditioning was a joke. It blew air only slightly cooler than ambient and could not bring the room temperature down below about 30 degrees. I didn't feel clean there and couldn't wait to leave.

The hotel was very convenient for the town, square, shops and promenade/beach.Staff were very obliging, rooms were clean, sheets/towels changed daily.Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel needs a big refurbishment - it was very tired and needed updating which I understand is being started on top floor bedrooms with new furniture. Rooms are not overlarge. Mosaics in pool were coming off and outside of hotel could do with a paint job.

TV did not work. Airconditioner does not have any regulation of temperature. No hot coffee for breakfast.

Very dissapointing as staff would be arguing in front guests in the breakfast dining room and the selection of food was below standard

The hotel situated in the center of the city and sea shore. We can look at the sea right from our bed!

The breakfest was limited in choise and food was not very fresh.

I like the helpful staff and the location, nice view over the window.

At times it was too noisy, due to poor wall isolation or out from the street.
