Olive Tree Hotel - Jerusalem

the hotel is centrally located, only 3 min walk to the tram which takes you everywhere! But the old town is also easy to reach on foot! . The bar in the hotel is cozy and also offers snacks, the gym is okay. Smaller good restaurants nearby.

The staff was helpful but not professional and rather uncouth. The breakfast buffet is rich but the staff is not professional and not clean.

Ça 10min from the old town. Modern and comfortably furnished (reception) with large and comfortably furnished rooms. Very good shower. Internet with good throughput. Extremely wide selection of continental European and Israeli breakfast buffets. Not far from Ammunition Hill and the Museum of the Seam (Seam = Armistice Line of 1949)

Nice staff, clean room, near the old town.

The hotel looks a bit older, everything in the room is brown (furniture, curtains, carpet).

The hotel is very well located, the old town is within walking distance and the hotel staff is friendly, attentive, helpful, courteous and also humorous, so that you can feel completely at ease and enjoy your holiday. If you have problems, we will help you immediately and the problem will be solved quickly.

The breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean. TV worked well with multiple channels.

The reception staff had little knowledge of tourist information and were prone to misinformation. I wanted to extend one night and asked the staff; they told me the hotel was full but to check again the next day and stated they would have a room- this went on for four days and then they said they had no rooms on the last day! I went online and easily booked an extra day at the same hotel. The reception staff are clueless and unhelpful.

The staff was outstanding. Front desk, security, housekeeping, dining room. Every person was friendly, accomodating, smiling. That made our stay superb. The hotel's atmosphere, being a theme hotel in the middle east was a lot of fun. Great location.

The first room we were in, was a bit small. Second room was bigger and therefore more comfortable.

we arrived very early (10 AM), but our room was already ready; we were allowed to park the car free of charge in the garage; very nice room balcony with city view

The level of the hotel was high and the value for money (considered other available propositions) is excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, quite large with a great balcony.

The food staff was great... and the quality of food.

The room we were afforded was exceptionally small. I am a big man and cramped quarters was not comfortable.

I liked this hotel: it's clean, nice, comfortable, with good facilities. Nice room, comfortable bed, good towels and shampoo. Good room service. Very pleasant reseption. Good location.

The food is really ugly: cooked bad and not fresh at all.

its only worth if u get the room for 90euros. The asking 200euros price is just joke

Luxery hotel, very good facilities, walking distance to old City. Breakfast is excellent. Recently renovated room, we loved the roof terrace! Coffee and tea facilities in the room available. Best hotel we had in Israel.

Convenience to the Old City in Jerusalem; breakfast buffet was good; we were able to get adjoining rooms with our adult children with a doorway between us.

This seems to be an older hotel...Had to pay for internet; our tour book said it had a pool and a fitness room, but the pool is no longer in use, and the fitness "room" is a gym you have to take a taxi to. We had a non smoking room, but could not use the air conditioner because it blew a foul cigarette smoke smell into the room.
