I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates under a license which doesn't offer a way to further escalate the complaint there's nothing we can do to assist further. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

Absolutely disgusted to be lied to blatantly! Ordered a £36 jacket, needed to return but return was only showing a very small amount for refund and a suggestion to keep the jacket. Spoke to customer service to query this and was asked why I was returning. The colour didn't suit me and I actually intended to order a different colour so THEY suggested doing an exchange instead. I did this, have it all in writing from 3 different customer service reps including on fb to wait for the return to get to them and they would issue the new one, only to discover that they have done the partial refund and are claiming the other colour is out of stock. It isn't out of stock at all as I have it in my basket! You done me dirty Shein 🤬 I spend way too much on your site but I think I will be going to give temu a try or go back to amazon. May be more expensive but at least they honour their word! Either send me the exchange jacket as agreed (I will be happy to return the amount you already refunded), refund me the missing £22.22 or return the original jacket to me, as I stated several times I would have kept it if customer service hadn't suggested the exchange! I am currently recovering from cancer and so unable to work and without that voucher I would not have been able to afford to treat myself to an expensive jacket. THAT is why I am so upset! I now have no jacket and no money to buy another 🥺 Had this been said from the beginning I would have kept the original and sold it in order to afford the different colour. ABOVE ALL DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I have since been told that the partial refund is because I used a money off voucher on that particular order, but I specifically asked what the problem was right at the beginning when I queried the minimal refund and your customer services told me they didn't know and not to worry about it and go ahead and send it back. As soon as the parcel was in transit the very next day I was told the exchange wouldn't be done🤬 Then I was told it would be honoured and now this lousy lie about it being out of stock to try to cover yourselves. Either sort it and keep me as a customer or keep the £22 (how nice to know my value as a customer is just £22 😨) and I will contact PayPal and/or my credit card company for the refund because I am absolutely enraged, not so much at the money but at the lies!!

These wierdos emailed me 4 times today to lie. To tell me that I didnt do something I told them I recorded. Then when I get annoyed and ask them to stop emailing me they email me to say if i dont remain calm theyll close the chat. Does that not tell you that they are out to annoy people? Worst customer service in existance. I just want to enjoy my Sunday not argue with a bunch of uneducated people. Why email me the same point over and over with no new information to add? Wasted my time asking me to send the video then said they couldnt open it and asked me to change the quality. Of a screen recording. Just a bunch of incompetent, unskilled, useless, uneducated, unhelpful, manipulative people who clearly hate their job. They claim they can’t open a 167MB video. After they had me send it via email and then send it again via airdrop which by the way, airdrop is an iphone feature where if sent via airdrop sends them an email with a link to the attachment that is viewable for 30 days. I actualy BCC (blind carbon copied) someone else and they were able to view it. But after Zilch sees the evidence they email me back and ask me to reduce the quality after already asking me to send by email-that didn’t work. Then asked me to resend when I used airdrop-that didnt work. Now they want me to change the quality? Then continue to email me the same email over and over saying I didnt turn on rewards. So ill now upload the video to youtube and the email and there will be public proof of the lies. Then how will Zilch support feel? When theres a youtube video of me turning on the rewards before the purchase and the bunch of emails from your support saying I didnt? You will look very bad on the public internet so rethink what you send in emails.

I was so excited to be trying these products. Although the smell I had Oud smells nice in the bottle I would literally have to use the while bottle to get a full load to smell at all!! I had the sample pack too and had an expensive T shirt that needed to be washed on its own so I used a sample shampoo and conditioner and honestly I could hardly smell it while it was drying on the radiator and definitely not at all when dry. I also found the clothes weren’t coming out as clean so would need to do smaller loads to get the clothes as clean as my other washing liquids and use a lot more liquid fir it to smell at all!. I wont be re ordering but wish them all the best for the future as it looks like theres lots more positives than negatives, although I did give a similar review on their FB page twice and both were taken down!! theres not one negative review on FB which isn’t true to life where other companies do keep all reviews which is fair, that I feel is a bit dodgy!

Not the best currently with shipping delays. This past few months have been frustrating with Fanhome charging my account and "shipping" items. They then proceed to quickly charge the next month a few weeks later and the again "ship" the items. Then a couple of weeks later charge me again. All the time the previous packages never arrive and the bogus tracking numbers have no update. They then give me a canned response to ask me to wait longer or because of weather delays... can weather really delay a package for over a month going on two months?? Come on...

Very poor customer/marketing service. Weeks have passed since my first email, and despite several further attempts and reminders, at the time of writing, I still haven't heard anything back from the appropriate team. One of the worse customer service I had ever experienced, and by reading at other reviews, I am not the first and only one. I would be very careful before buying any of their products, as you might end up in the same situation in case you are experiencing any issues. Stay away from this company.

I ask for non breakables to be thrown over my side gate as it is difficult and takes ages for me to get to the front door. The delivery guys always do this and I am very grateful for a great service. I haven’t received the product yet but the customer service from Jennifer was awesome. I accidentally put in my old address to have shipped after placing the order. Sent an email and within 5 minutes I got a response. Mind you this is on a weekend, so very impressed with the customer service. Thank you Jennifer for a prompt correction.
