Our Mission
Hyattsville Aging in Place is the recipient of a FY 2024 Community Partnership Grant from the Prince George’s County Office of the County Executive. The funding will go to support HAP’s food delivery program, as well as transportation. Last year, a Community Partnership Grant helped HAP deliver more than 1.6 tons of fresh produce to Hyattsville seniors, along with a number of complete meals.
