Migrate to Medium

WordPress migration

To migrate a single-author self-hosted or WordPress.com to Medium:

1. Export an XML archive from your WordPress site, and then migrate your WordPress blog to Medium. 

Note: Posts will be automatically back-dated during migration, and only the first five tags will be retained. Comments, static pages, and category metadata will not be migrated.

Other platforms

Other platforms are not yet supported, but many will output a valid WordPress archive you can upload to Medium. The single story import tool can also work for small manual migrations.
