Medium WordPress plugin

The Medium WordPress plugin enables you to cross-post new stories from your WordPress blog to your Medium account.

It's available on Github and on WordPress.org. Alternatively, when logged into your WordPress control panel, you can click Plugins > Add New and search for "Medium".

Plugin installation

In your WordPress control panel, go to Users > Your Profile (.../wp-admin/profile.php) and scroll down to where it says "Medium" and the field marked "Integration Token":

 

Get integration token

To get an integration token for use with third-party applications, go to the Settings page > scroll down to Integration tokens section. 

1. You must enter a name for your token.
2. Click Get integration token.

Now when you post to WordPress, the plugin should automatically also post to your connected Medium user profile. 

• You can also choose a default publication to cross-post to, public or unlisted status and apply other settings related to licensing and cross-linking.
