Our room had free Wi Fi. Handy base for a vacation in Haifa.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Being located near to Bahai Gardens makes for a lovely spot.

If you prefer smaller hotels located in an urban area this is a good choice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the room was updated and comfortable. I would stay here again.
The neighborhood is OK but not beautiful.

The location of the hotel was not that bad, however the hotel is located in the worn out building, and the district does not look too impressive either. What I did not appreciate was a quite a bit patronizing attitute of the staff of the hotel.

9.2Perfect
location and staff courtesy.
No soap bars in bathroom. I dont like liquid soap. Airconditioning remote was difficult to get to the proper temperature. It was always to cold and we had to turn off the AC.

The entrence and the hall way is nice. The rest is not so nice.
We got a smoking room, even after we asked for nonesmoking. Aircondition didn't work, safe didn't work. Place and area is full of russians who likes vodka a lot. Breakfast was awful.

The desk help was exceptionally solicitous. The breakfast was wonderful. And the beds were very very comfortable.
Our room did not get cleaned. We had to ask for toilet paper, which was promptlhy delivered.

Staff very friendly en helpful. We have stayed in two renovated rooms and these are very nice spacious rooms. Breakfast is served and sufficient. Nice location in middle of shopping area.
Smell in one room, caused by airco which should be cleaned.

The guy in charge of maintenance was really helpful and made the stay bearable since facilities were not functioning and service not provided.
The hotel is very overpriced. The room was so small that it was definitely not intended for two people. The view from the window was very disappointing and at least during our stay an intolerable noise came from the streets at night time.

7.8Very good
* Beautifully decorated. * At first the surroudning environment looked dodgy but, it was in the middle in the day in a very busy part of the city. * The staff were very helpful and polite and helped us with any problems we encountered. * Free and good WiFi connection available in the bedroom.
* The minibar wasn't working so they offered to help us with keeping our items cool. Inconvenient, but I guess probably better than nothing. * The room was rather small but manageable. * The breakfast didn't offer much variety - would have preferred buffet-style

7.0Very good
The rooms were pleasantly appointed, with hardwood floors, large windows looking out at the city below and comfortable beds. The staff was outstanding, courteous, friendly, and willing to help no matter what the question/problem.
The location of the hotel wasn't very central to the area of the city with any sort of life to it. It was half way between the industrial area, and the tourist area, with a 10 minute cab ride from the hotel to either location. Granted, the area is very quiet at night, making for a nice quiet sleep, but there's absolutely nothing to do around the hotel unless you fetch a cab to the beach or tourist area.

8.2Great
I chose it mainly for the location and it was a fair price. Rooms were nice and modern though we did have one that was a bit damp and the heater didnt warm it up much. But the staff were great the and generally very clean and well maintained the art works were fantastic and wish I had longer to use the spa facilities
