Commentaires : Je suis passe de l'As400 a SAP il y a 4 ans. Pour effectuer une recherche beaucoup plus sophistiqué mais simple en même temps. Créer un article et le classer, une fois que l'on maîtrise le.logiciel est finalement assez simple, mais routinier.
Avantages :
Faire de la recherche simple et avancée est aisée.
Inconvénients :
Logiciel assez lourd et compliqué, pas assez souple.

Avantages :
We use SAP BusinessObjects in order to track both operational and strategic company KPI's. The dashboards are very easy to customize. BI tool is very helpful in order to make forecasts.
Inconvénients :
Data export is not offered. Dashboards are really helpful. But sometimes user can need to export the data in excel form.

SAP Business Objects - Watch your wallet
Commentaires : This company has draconian licensing and contract renewal process. They are not willing to work with consumers on any part of renegotiating a contract. For this reason alone I would never recommend this product to a colleague.
Avantages :
Business Objects has a great number of features. Report scheduling, dashboarding, and data file exports were some of the major features I used in this package.
Inconvénients :
Version upgrades are extremely difficult to perform without consulting. Troubleshooting messages tend to be cryptic which makes troubleshooting a laborious and tedious process.
