You wont believe how you used to worked without worky.
Avantages :
The self serve that gives HR more time to focus on other things, it is really easy to use and it´s always growing and getting even better with our feedbacks and releasing things you always knew you need but didn´t get to put a pin on it and then can´t believe you used to work without that feature.
Inconvénients :
i just need to get to use all the features and the new ones and get all my team to do it more often.

Commentaires : Our teams has mainly used it to managed vacations, personal time-off and the org chart.
Avantages :
The software has a lot of features, it's easy to use and even thought we aren't using it to its fullest, I think we like most how easy it is to have a team overview and track people.
Inconvénients :
The UI/UX has been improving over the past months, some functions aren't fluidly displayed.
