Commentaires : Feed the tool money and watch your employees gift eachother points and build report and teamwork. This one is a no-brainer for companies looking to bring in a no-nonsense way of generating a bonus program.
Avantages :
Ease of Use: Bonusly is the pinnacle of set it and forget it. Their environment is so self sustaining for the users inside it there is basically never any need for administrative input beyond adding new people in! Specifically redemption for employees - its completely handled between Bonusly and the end user claiming their points. With a wide selection of redemption options, everyone is happy!
Inconvénients :
Bonusly could probably do to work on some additional features for those that want to do more advanced rewarding programs. Tie-in to other platforms and reporting/monitoring could use work.

The perfect modern employee recognition program
Commentaires : I'm a huge fan. Has been successful and used daily by the staff since the first day we implemented it.
Avantages :
-After a little training, easy to use by employees-It's actually USED by the employees, the most important aspect -Software works great, no bugs that I've encountered-Lots of integrations with programs such as Slack-Great selection of rewards-Highly customizable
Inconvénients :
-May not fit into your HR/Employee Engagement budget

Highly recommend Bonusly!
Commentaires : I've been using Bonusly for over 3 years as an admin and as an employee and can't say enough good things about it. Employees love how easy and fun it is to use and it has definitely become a part of our culture at our company.
Avantages :
Ease of use, ability to add GIFs and emojis, ability to add our own company values. Customer service and account reps have been great to work with as well.
Inconvénients :
Product feedback we have provided, but being able to make another employee a "proxy" to give Bonusly on their behalf, i.e. an executive assistant being a "proxy" for an executive to go in and give out their Bonusly balance each month. And ability to make different user types based on location or employee type. Bonusly currently has the 3 user types (Benefactor, etc) but we could benefit from more options for our contractors in other countries.
