Sam and Charles were an absolute pleasure to work with. We've had some rough development experiences in the past, and we were concerned about finding the right team to set up a Home Try-On program for our store. The program we desired was quite complicated - users would be able to order items, for free, to their door to try on, while we authorized the full retail amount to their card to be charged if they decided to keep any items. We also only had a tight deadline of a week to complete it!! Sam and Charles were incredibly responsive (I've received e-mails from them on Sunday, and even on Sam's birthday!) and most importantly, they delivered a bug-free and beautiful final product. Perhaps the most important part is that they genuinely seemed to enjoy the challenge and were so willing to try different tactics to get the right result. We're quite astounded that such a technical and vital part of our marketing strategy has been so seamlessly completed. We can't wait to work with Sam and Charles again!
