Belgian forensics office hit by explosion

A Belgian justice ministry building has been damaged by an explosion that the prosecutor said was "probably not an accident". Media reported that the national institute of criminology, which handles evidence for criminal and terrorist cases, was attacked by a ramming car before a bomb exploded. The prosecutor has so far refused to confirm the claims.
