James Miceli (b. March 25, 1935) is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Nineteenth Middlesex district. He was first elected to the chamber in 1977.

Miceli served on the Board of Selectmen from 1966 to 1977, and the Wilmington Planning Board from 1963 to 1966.[1]

He has served as co-chair of the Middlesex County Advisory Board, Region 5A Chair of the Massachusetts Federation of Planning Boards, and a member of the Elks, Friends of the Harnden Tavern, Friends of Tewksbury Hospital Board of Directors, Lions, Sons of Italy, and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Advisory Board.[14]
