Sunday after work doodle. Woody and Buzz vs The Rankor. ha ha!

When I was cleaning up my roughs earlier on the board I had a half decent action pose. So I shoved Indiana Jones's costume on it and drew a dodgy boulder behind him.

Olympics doodling.

I got permission from Boulder to put up some concept work I did for 'Carter and Son'. I did the work about two years ago now. The working title was changed to 'Ethan Darklight'. I'm up to my neck in exciting storyboard work and don't have much time to do my own stuff, so thanks to the permission I can keep the blog updated. If you visit the Boulder website you'll find I think the trailer up there.

quick doodle, goin to see prometheus!

Doggie Dentist

Our family dog Coco had four teeth pulled yesterday. Not too impressed today! Ha ha!

Citadel Trailer

Cool stuff found out through Fran Johnston that Ciaran Foy's live action feature Citadel won the Midnighter Audience Award after it's premiere screening, at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin. I was lucky enough to have had an opportunity to storyboard for him on a short he's soon to film. Congratulations and plaudits well deserved.

Random doodles

added a couple of shots of the new office. Same building a couple of floors lower, and I have this one all to myself. Great spot to work in.

PSYCHO

Dyin' with a cold all weekend, so shut myself up at home. Watched a pile of Hitchcock's best and came up with a fun poster idea when I was watching Psycho. Somethin' different anyways! On other news I handed in my notice to Boulder Media and start back to freelancing at the very end of January. Lookin' forward to the work.

iPad doodle

Haven't done many background sketches or paintings recently. iPad doodling is fun.

The Wire

Doodlin' watching the Wire. Very rusty, but it's cool not having anything to do in the evenings. Looking like it mightn't last for long though.
