Our name combines DB’s heritage with the shared mission to go forth. 1435 mm is the standard gauge when it comes to railroad tracks. That’s how DB has moved countless people and goods from start to finish. A digitized world disrupts mobility as we know it, and creates tomorrow’s standards going beyond today’s limitations.

For the first program batch, we’re focusing on Smart City tech, such as:
- Blockchain
- Mobility algorithms
- Integrated mobility products
- Deep Learning in a mobility context
- Changing usage of stations and mobility hubs
- Identification and security for moving goods and people
