Emily & Geoffrey on Green Wedding Shoes

06-27-2012

A turn-of-the-century estate tucked into the woods of Mill Valley was the homespun venue for the lovely Emily of Cupcakes and Cashmere and her groom Geoffrey. Add in vintage handkerchiefs for tears, calligraphed tags affixed to antique keys for escort cards, beautiful pink peonies, and sparklers for their send-off, and this wedding had all the makings of a modern fairytale.

Topped off with jams by our favorite guy The Flashdance, videography by our pal Sharkpig, and incredible photos by THE Max Wanger, this was definitely one for the FLASHBASH books.
Take a trip over to Cupcakes and Cashmere to see even more as Emily documents the details in a “Wedding Week” series, and be sure to catch her advice to those planning on Green Wedding Shoes.

Congratulations Emily and Geoffrey!

Thanks for the lovely feature, GWS!

The Resort at Paw’s Up

06-14-2012

In the midst of the whirlwind of weddings, The Resort at Paw’s Up invited us Bash, Please gals and a few other awesome wedding people to Montana for some time to kick back, relax, and throw tomahawks. We brought along our mamas and little mascot Rem. From horseback riding to zorbonauting to fireside chats, there was no shortage of outdoor activities waiting for us in big sky Montana. To say we had a blast on our familiarization trip would definitely be an understatement. These are a few iPhone snaps we took, but hop on over to Green Wedding Shoes and see more photos of the fun by Mel Barlow.

And hey! If any of you brides out there are looking for the idyllic outdoor venue for their wedding, we’re ready to go back anytime.
