An excellent close-up of the magnificent ancient Greek Temple of Hera in what was considered Magna Graecia (Selinus, Sicily).

It is a peripteral hexastyle temple with 15 columns on each side which has been re-erected, the rest of the structure lies collapsed in massive ruins of jumbled blocks.

Since there are other temples in the vicinity, it has been designated Temple E.
