Heftar's MiGs
Russia is obviously violating the UN Arms Embargo by delivering MiG-23 fighter jets to General Heftar's Libyan National Army.
The delivery of the MiG-23s is a strong indication #Russia is increasing practical support for General #Heftar. This makes western “acceptance” of Heftar in the future of #Libya less important, as the country's east can evermore rely on Russia.
