The death of greatness

G+ is on its deathbed, and the question is where are we all going?

There is no other platform as great as this one, so I have found myself being spread on several platforms instead, not finding all the G+ greatness in any of them.

No... it snowed today... just a few centimeters but it's going to rain this evening and tomorrow, so all back to normal lol Wish it stayed though, as it's so much brighter with it.

Margaret Tompkins: +Morten Ross I'm really feeling very upbeat about things. It's like a fresh start!! I'm really liking MeWe. It reminds me of the early days on G+. There's only a few hundred members there but they sure do like sharing their landscape photos and interacting with others. I hope you will take a look at it!! I would love to see your great photographs there!

Mark Hurn: +Morten Ross It is completely unique, yes. I believe that this human element, which is it's great strength, is something Google are not equipped to see.
I'm not enjoying Instagram at all, but... at the same time I am! Simply because I have been able to keep in close contact with friends I made here. And it has driven business a bit better than G+ managed in the past 18 months.
I will try Flickr, I think.
But at the moment, nothing is beating seeing the reaction to physical prints. Many are convinced they are paintings, even when held in front of the face. Since that's what I was striving to achieve with my camera, it's cathartic. I prefer painting, but nerve damage in my hand has made that difficult.
