This image was created for the Self Portrait Sunday event in memory of Michael Albrecht, who was a long time participant in the G+ Self Portrait events.
So you may ask what this image has to do with the memory of Michael. Well, to me, the best way to honor his memory is to celebrate life. To those who have passed, I feel an obligation to treasure my own life as long as I can, to immerse myself in things that bring me joy and thus motivate me to develop as a person. Because that is what life is all about – evolution. And if one way to bring that about for me is to create self portraits with toy spiders, I will certainly and joyfully do it.
