Fiery sunset over the Blue Mountains
Sydney's answer to Yosemite's Tunnel View, the Three Sisters Lookout in the Blue Mountains is a perfect place to watch the sunset.
While it can get very busy and touristy, it's worth staying a few moments after sundown to see spectacularly fiery sky like this:)

Waiting for the FIRE that never came
You've waited and prepared for this moment for weeks.
With sweaty palms and racing heart, you sought out the best vantage to enjoy this surreal show.
You waited impatiently with hundreds of other spectators for that rare moment when this tiny waterfall turns into a lava-like water curtain.
But as the sun started to set, you realised you've been waiting in vain.
With a heavy heart, you started to pack, then you looked up...
The cloud that's obscured the waterfall was dancing playfully and creating such beautiful light.
You took a few snaps as you realised you nearly missed an equally extraordinary moment because you've been fixated on that one event.
You knew right then that this is just a prelude to a grand show you're about to witness. And of course you were right:)
