Brewing is the production of beer by steeping a starch source (commonly cereal grains, the most popular of which is barley)in water and fermenting the resulting sweet liquid with yeast. It may be done in a brewery by a commercial brewer, at home by a homebrewer, or by a variety of traditional methods such as communally by the indigenous peoples in Brazil when making cauim.
Brewing has taken place since around the 6th millennium BC, and archaeological evidence suggests that emerging civilizations including ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia brewed beer.
Since the nineteenth century the brewing industry has been part of most western economies.
The basic ingredients of beer are water and a fermentable starch source such as malted barley. Most beer is fermented with a brewer's yeast and flavoured with hops.
Steps in the brewing process include malting, milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, filtering, and packaging. There are three main fermentation methods, warm, cool and spontaneous.
Fermentation may take place in an open or closed fermenting vessel; a secondary fermentation may also occur in the cask or bottle. There are several additional brewing methods, such as barrel aging, double dropping, and Yorkshire Square.

Old Town Square, Prague - Czech Republic
Old Town Square is a historic square in the Old Town quarter of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. It is located between Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge.
The square features various architectural styles including the Gothic Church of Our Lady before Týn, which has been the main church of this part of the city since the 14th century; the church's towers are 80 m high. Prague Orloj is a medieval astronomical clock located on the Old Town Hall, the clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest one still in operation.
The Baroque St. Nicholas Church is another church located in the square, while the tower of the Old Town Hall offers a panoramic view of Old Town. An art museum of the Czech National Gallery is located in Kinský Palace.

Český Krumlov, Czech Republic
Český Krumlov is a small city in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic where Český Krumlov Castle is located.
Construction of the town and castle began in the late 13th century at a ford in the Vltava River, which was important in trade routes in Bohemia. In 1302 the town and castle were owned by the House of Rosenberg. Emperor Rudolf II bought Krumlov in 1602 and gave it to his natural son Julius d’Austria. Emperor Ferdinand II gave Krumlov to the House of Eggenberg. From 1719 until 1945 the castle belonged to the House of Schwarzenberg. Most of the architecture of the old town and castle dates from the 14th through 17th centuries, the town's structures are mostly in Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. The core of the old town is within a horseshoe bend of the river, with the old Latrán neighborhood and castle on the other side of the Vltava.
Old Český Krumlov is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was given this status along with the historic Prague castle district.

Český Krumlov Castle, Czech Republic
Český Krumlov Castle is unusually large for a town of Krumlov's size; within the Czech Republic it is second in extent only to the Hradčany castle complex of Prague.
The castle has Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements, an 11-hectare garden and an original 17th-century Baroque theater.
There are panoramic views of the old town and the river from the top of its round bell tower, an extensive bridge over a deep gap in the rock upon which the castle is built, and the castle itself, which in turn consists of many defined parts dating from different periods of time.
Old Český Krumlov is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was given this status along with the historic Prague castle district.

Mill Colonnade - Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic
The Mill Colonnade is the pride of Karlovy Vary.
It was built in 1871–1881 by Josef Zitek, the colonnade has 124 columns, and the total length of the building is 132 meters (433 ft) by 13 m (43 ft) wide.
 On the top of it there are twelve allegoric sculptures, the symbols of the city.
Below the colonnade there are five springs: the Mill Spring, the Mermaid Spring, the Rock Spring, the Libuše Spring and the Spring of Saint Wenceslas.

The Mill Colonnade is a large colonnade containing several hot springs in the spa town of Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic.
The Neo-Renaissance structure has a nave, two aisles and measures 132 m (433 ft) long by 13 m (43 ft) wide, there are 124 Corinthian columns.
The structure is one of the traditional symbols of the town.
