I Had a great experience! I knew nothing about yoga when I arrived and for 14 days the amazing Yogi G took me for a spiritual and physical journey through the paths of yoga, meditation and the great culture of India. Great Ashram in the best location (literally on the Ganges river) and a perfect crew (and food) to go with it. I highly recommend the Mahatma Yoga Ashram and especially Yogi G as a mentor.
