We went to Lowcountry backyard last night on hopes for some good southern food and really enjoyed it! The service was excellent which is impressive with how busy they were and such a long wait. We did have to wait 45 min for a table at 7:45 but it was great food! The kids food was Delish! Their Mac and cheese tasted homemade and my shrimp blt salad was really good. My hubby got the shrimp and grits and it was very good too! I really wanted to try the key lime pie but my kids wanted banana pudding which I am not a fan of but relented and tried it. This place is really great! We decided to check out Relish after seeing the great reviews. We were not disappointed! We arrived at 2:55 with 2 hungry 3 and 5 yr old and we told if we still wanted "brunch" which ends at 3pm that wasn't a problem. My kids got pancakes which they liked and my husband got the special (eggs Benedict on salmon cAkes) and I got the regular eggs Benedict. The food was perfectly cooked. And the salmon eggs Benedict was soooo good! I wished I had gotten it As well. Mine was good too but just not as good as the special. If you want very good Chinese, check this place out!!! Some of our family just moved here, so we didn't know where to go..... So glad we chose China Kitchen. They also have an "A", Health Department rating, which is important. We had wonton soup, fried and white rice, egg rolls, lo mein, and general tso's chicken. EVERYTHING was excellent! Drove about 7 minutes to get there, and the food was still piping hot when we got home. Service was quick and painless as well. This is the best Chinese we have had in a while! I have tried both the Curry Luksa and drunkin noodles, they both were delicious but I would like drunkin noodles. and the place its seems fit the costumers were attending.
