Don't be surprised if you get cheated here. You either have to pay a monthly fee for a membership and then actually pay every time you go to tan...or do what I did and pay for a set of sessions that never expire.

I'm moving back home soon, so I paid for 5 sessions, stand up, instead of doing a membership. What they don't tell you, is instead of signing of for five sessions, youre actually purchasing "points". The first two times I went, I did stand up. The third time, an employee asked if I wanted to lay down. I was surprised and asked if I could do that, and she said I could. So I did lay down, as well as long it for my 4th session. I went for my 5th and last session and was told I didn't have any more left. I was surprised, but my sessions were spaced pretty far apart, so I thought maybe I had miscounted and used all 5 instead of 4. So I paid for 5 more sessions, then used two lay down and went for my third session. When I went in for my third session, the woman checking me in said I only had enough points for a stand up today. I was a little confused, and said "no, this is only my third session out of five." She THEN finally explained to me that stand up beds were less points than lay down beds. So when buying the 5 sessions, I really was buying points. When I only used the lay down beds I blew through my points faster. So even though I paid for a total of ten sessions over all, I only actually got to use 7 because of their points system . I explained to the lady checking me out that no one ever told me that, and I had been offered the lay down bed and would never have used it if I had known it would have used more "points". I then asked if there was a manager I could speak to or if they could do anything for me, she said there was no manager there to speak to and the owners wouldn't likely do anything because someone new was buying the salon. So I got screwed out of an extra 3 tanning sessions because the employees couldn't do their jobs and explain things properly to me, and they weren't willing to work with me.
