For the sheer variety of food choices my true rating would be about a 3.5. The food is good but not great. For a seafood buffet, I found numerous other choices around them and didn't see the crab legs so highly spoken of. What I did try was for the most part decent, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the orange chicken, too sweet and a bit over cooked and chewy. Nor was I overly impressed with the much applauded creme brûlée...yawn. And yes, I dipped one marshmallow, strawberry and banana each under the chocolate fountain flow; chocolate which I thought could have been more flavorful. Just keeping it real. But on the plus side, the broccoli beef was extremely tender and their spicy salmon rolls had a nice addictive kick to them. And contrary to some reviews I thought the servers were very attentive, patient and friendly. Especially with our luncheon group of 14.

Overall though, satisfying enough to warrant future visits.
