Great service. It's a little unsettling sending your passport via mail but I used fedex overnight and required a signature. Visa HQ was great..they provided email updates for ever stage of the process and they were very quick to submit my application. Also they were more upfront about the fees than the other visa services I looked at.

Eh maybe I got unlucky, but I've never been more disappointed with a serving of butter chicken. A decent garlic naan is what gets me up two stars, but man that was a letdown. I ordered butter chicken, garlic naan, and veggie pakoras for delivery and none was great. The chicken just didn't taste like butter chicken and was astonishingly bland. Naan was okay as I said, but the pakoras were overwhelmingly salty. Not sure I'll order from here again.

Food is great, service is slow and the workers all have attitude. I'm not expecting stellar service at a fast casual, especially when it's 30 mins to closing, but when you look like you'd rather be anywhere but work, maybe you shouldn't work. The employee I'm talking about at this particular Pieology is Alyssa. I applaud her for handling everyone's orders but with all the mean looks and sighing I did not feel like I was being treated as a paying customer. I made an effort to be polite; pleases and thank yous were said but not once did she change her attitude.

Edit: changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star when the person giving pizza gave my pizza as well as another customer's pizza to the customer. Seriously? Two pizzas. Two receipts (one on each box) and you can't read?  I even had my little placard on the edge of the table. This whole Pieology is filled with incompetent employees.
