Welcome to White Lights on Wednesday!

I’m Julie.  {the picture says so}

I live in Arizona with my husband Mike and our two boys.

I love cooking, baking, and eating food.

Some things you should know about me if we’re going to be friends.

• I’m obsessed with freshly cleaned sheets.
• I’m totally mortified of unrestricted heights.  High up with rail guards – fine.  Edge of a cliff?!?  Not on your life!
• I take my pizza with extra cheese.
• I always have the ingredients to make chocolate chip cookies on hand.
• My favorite things to order at a restaurant is a salad.
• I eat raw dough and batter.  It’s so yummy.  There’s a reason we only ever get 9 of the 10 crescent rolls.
• I’m totally in love with bread.  I frequently buy a loaf of French bread, just because, and eat the whole thing in one sitting.
• I’m an organizational freak.  It really doesn’t spread to my house, just all my obsessions.  See: blog binder, recipes, and my computer (folder and sub-folders people).  But it keeps me sane when I come home and the living room is covered with toys and the couch cushions are everywhere.
• I Google almost everything.  And I’m good at it.
• As much as I love to cook, I hate doing dishes, and I’m the queen of sink Jenga!
• Wondering what the deal is with my blog name? It’s part of a line from a poem I wrote in college – White Lights and Euphoria on a Wednesday, but that was just too long for a blog name. 😉
