Order Payment:
- Since many of our fabric orders are custom cut and/or contain re orderable fabrics it is our policy to charge your credit card before we cut and ship the order. If we have made a mistake in our inventory and a fabric is out of stock a credit will issued as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped or refunded within a time period or 30 days if no expected shipping date is provided to you.
Site Security:
- Our site is secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates which provides up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible.
- This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.
Credit Cards:
- We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa and American Express for credit card payments.
- You can shop with confidence with Vogue Fabrics with the knowledge that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.

- For International Orders, please use Paypal for your credit card transactions. No account with Paypal is necessary, you may use Paypal as a guest user.
Gift Certificates:
- We accept Vogue Fabrics gift cerificates issued thru our site.
- During checkout, you will be asked to enter the gift certificate number.
- If your order exceeds the amount available on the gift card, another form of payment will be required for the difference to complete transaction.
Paypal:
- We use PayPal because it is secure and accepts payment from US and Internationally bank issued credit cards.
- PayPal is one of the most widely used, trusted and secure online payment systems available today.
- If you have not purchased anything through PayPal before it is ok because you can either register with PayPal and setup a new account, or you may purchase by credit card without registering as a guest user.
- We use Paypal for all International Orders and it is available for our US based customers as well.
Purchase Orders:
- Only for use by pre-registered schools and businesses that have a PO on file with our business office.
- Call 847-864-9600 to submit PO. (PO # should be entered in order notes)
Money Order and Personal Checks:
- US Funds Only.
- Payment must be received, processed, depostited, and check must clear our bank before orders are cut and shipped. Extra time should be allowed for this process to occur.
- Mail payment to Vogue Fabrics, 618 Hartrey Ave., Evanston, IL. 60202. Indicate Order # on check or money order for reference.
- Please do not expect Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd day orders to be fulfilled and shipped until checks are received and cleared.
Sales Tax:
- We are required by law to collect sales tax on shipments to those states where we have a physical presence or nexus.
- Sales taxes will be added to merchandise total only for all orders shipping to the states of: Illinois, Washington and Georgia.
